  We introduce climbing gyms in the Kanto region tailored to your preferences, and can also arrange private lessons, group lessons, and sessions with athletes. We ensure a satisfying climbing experience in Japan.

  Rock Climbing

  For rock climbing areas located in the outskirts, we offer rental cars, dispatch of specialized guides, and nearby accommodation options. Rock climbing often takes place in remote locations that are challenging to access via public transportation, especially for foreign customers unfamiliar with the area. Our bundled services, allow climbers to enjoy their experience hassle-free. Additionally, since rock climbing involves inherent risks, we prioritize safety by dispatching experienced guides who ensure a secure approach to the climbing area.

  They are the largest climbing gym and shop in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with five locations. The Akihabara and Ogikubo stores are bouldering gyms, while the Kawaguchi and Kawasaki locations offer both route climbing and bouldering. They also have a large online store for gear purchases.

  Location : TOKYO / OSAKA / OKINAWA...etc

  D.bouldering has expanded to 12 locations nationwide, boasting the highest number of stores in the industry. They also hold the title of having the largest number of students enrolled in kids’ schools across their stores. D.bouldering caters to a wide range of individuals, from children to adults, beginners to professionals, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their climbing experience at the gym.

• Mizugaki-Yama

  Mizugaki-Yama, with an elevation of 2,230 meters, is one of Japan’s Hundred Famous Mountains. The summit offers a 360-degree panoramic view. There are two main climbing routes. one from Mizugaki-Sanso (Mizugaki Mountain Hut) and another from Mizugaki Natural Park. Both routes provide different experiences, and the mountain is accessible from April to November (snow-free months). Mizugaki-Yama is a place where nature and climbing enthusiasts can appreciate the beauty of the seasons while enjoying trad climbing and bouldering.

• Ogawa-Yama

  Ogawa-Yama is a climbing area in Nagano Prefecture. Although Nagano is famous for skiing (even hosting the Olympics), climbers prefer the climbing scene until the snow arrives. The area features beautiful granite rock faces surrounded by trees, creating an appealing environment. During summer, it’s common to combine camping with climbing. The bouldering areas are easily accessible from the campsite, catering to both experts and beginners. Of course, traditional and sport routes are also enticing on this mountain.

  Mitake Boulder is a popular bouldering area along the Tama River in Tokyo. Despite being a tourist spot for canoeing and hiking, climbers are drawn to the limestone and chert rock formations. Historical landmarks like “Ninja Rock,” “Deadend,” and “Rei no Yu” offer attractive lines for climbers. The area is accessible by train, making it convenient for Tokyo residents. The stunning rock formations create an appealing space for climbers to explore.

  Jo-Yama, although lesser-known, is one of Japan’s many climbing areas. Located in Shizuoka Prefecture, this area has a rich climbing history dating back to the 1960s. It’s famous for sport routes, with over 300 routes ranging from 5.7 to 5.14. Most of the climbing areas face south, attracting climbers seeking a variety of challenges. To reach Jo-Yama, you’ll need to hike from the parking lot, but consider it part of the adventure. Japan has numerous climbing gems waiting to be explored!
